Hand tracking by Google MediaPipe; AR viewer by Google model-viewer; 3D by three.js.
Magnovera Showcase is built with the open-source software, fonts and data below. We are grateful to their authors. Each is used under its own licence; the full texts are linked, and all of them are collected in one file: third-party notices. We serve these files exactly as published (unmodified, version-pinned and checked by hash).

Data
- Refractive indices and dispersion of diamond and gemstones: fits of published dispersion formulas (Peter 1923; Wang et al. 2013; Wood & Nassau 1982; Malitson & Dodge 1972; Ghosh 1999; Tropf & Thomas 1991; SCHOTT glass data), largely via the refractiveindex.info database (M. N. Polyanskiy, CC0).
- Colour science: CIE 1931 2° colour-matching functions and illuminant D65 (CIE; numbers derived from them only), sRGB (IEC 61966-2-1).
- Metal colours: the ISO 8654 gold colour designations and published optical constants (Weaver 1977, rhodium; Tselin 2024, platinum; Palm et al. 2018 and Johnson & Christy 1974, palladium), and a manufacturer's published colour value for black rhodium.
- Gem colours. Each stone’s colour tone comes from one of three kinds of source, named with the gem data:
- GIA research: Dubinsky, Stone-Sundberg & Emmett 2020, G&G 56:2-28 (corundum cross sections); Breeding et al. 2020 (diamond).
- Open data: CC BY / CC0 spectra (digitised, fitted, rescaled) and published band facts, calibrated to independent colour targets. Per family:
- Beryl: Emerald, aquamarine, morganite: Karampelas et al. 2019, Minerals 9:561, doi:10.3390/min9090561, and Hanser, Häger & Botcharnikov 2024, Eur. J. Mineral. 36:449, doi:10.5194/ejm-36-449-2024, CC BY 4.0: figures digitised, baseline-subtracted, fitted and rescaled (emerald plus the same paper's goshenite as the host beryl's residual absorption); hue targets from Zhang et al. 2025, Crystals 15:775, doi:10.3390/cryst15090775, CC BY 4.0
